    August 8: Free screening of “Alien Vs. Predator” in the parking lot of Amalgamated Dynamics Inc. ADI is the studio that creates the Alien and Predator, as well as the bugs in “Starship Troopers,” the beasts of “Jumanji,” the creatures of “Tremors,” Goro of “Mortal Kombat” and the costumes worn by Spider-Man and the Green Goblin. Screening at 8 p.m. follows tours of the studio at 20100 Plummer St. (at Winnetka), Chatsworth. ADI founders Alec Gillis and Tom Woodruff, Jr. will speak at 7 p.m. Presented by the Cinema Heritage Project. Visit website for tour reservations and info.
